Important Guidelines Before Departure and Border Regulations 1- All pilgrims are required to obtain a valid Umrah visa before the start of the trip. 2- Pilgrims are kindly requested to ensure the issuance of the (exit permit/travel permission) from the sponsoring companies before the trip date, to ensure smooth departure procedures through the Kuwaiti borders. 3- Each pilgrim must check with the relevant authorities to ensure there are no violations or legal restrictions preventing their departure, and the company disclaims any responsibility for canceling the trip in case of a travel ban. Validity of Travel Documents: 1- The passport must be valid for no less than 6 months from the date of travel. 2- The original civil ID must be valid for no less than 3 months. Gathering and Departure: It is mandatory to arrive at the gathering point (bus departure location) at least one hour before the scheduled departure time to complete the departure procedures. Umrah Visa The Umrah visa is granted in accordance with the regulations, rules, and instructions issued by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and the relevant authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The pilgrim acknowledges and commits to using the visa solely for its intended purpose, adhering strictly to the specified duration of stay and the entry and exit dates indicated on the visa. It is prohibited to use it for any other purpose or to violate the conditions governing it under any circumstances. The pilgrim also fully and unconditionally commits to adhering to the approved program from the company and to all laws, regulations, and orders in force within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, maintaining their official documents and not allowing others to use or act upon them, and refraining from any act or omission that would violate the conditions of the visa or residency regulations or remaining in the Kingdom after the authorized duration has expired. In the event that the pilgrim deviates from the group, violates the approved program, refuses to depart at the scheduled time, or commits any violation of the Hajj or Umrah regulations or residency or any other related regulations, the company has the full right to take all necessary legal actions, including immediately notifying the relevant Saudi authorities through the approved official channels, documenting the incident, and fully disclaiming any legal, regulatory, civil, and financial responsibility for any consequences arising from that violation. The pilgrim expressly acknowledges and agrees that all violations related to the visa or residency or the regulations governing Umrah expose them to the penalties prescribed under the applicable Saudi regulations, which may include financial fines, imprisonment as determined by the regulations, deportation, and prohibition from entering the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the future for periods specified by the relevant authorities, in addition to any other penalties or legal actions deemed appropriate by the competent authorities according to the nature and severity of the violation. The company affirms and retains all its legal rights and responsibilities and fully and finally disclaims any violations committed by the pilgrim. The pilgrim alone bears all legal, administrative, financial, and penal consequences arising from their actions or violations, and commits to compensating the company for any damages, claims, fines, or obligations that may arise due to their breach of the regulations or instructions or visa conditions, in accordance with the applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
