Your booking is confirmed after completing the required information, providing the correct documents, and paying the required amount through the approved payment methods of Al-Maqam Company in Kuwait.
The client acknowledges that any error or deficiency in the information or documents may lead to a delay or rejection of the request by the relevant authorities or service providers.
Service prices may vary depending on the season, type of package, hotels, transportation, ticket prices, and official fees. A booking is not considered confirmed until an official confirmation is issued by Al-Maqam Company or the relevant service provider.
Additional services can be requested, but each service is separate, for example:
Visits to holy sites, an electronic eSIM internet card, delays in buses and private transportation, or purchasing Umrah and travel supplies from the online store.
Visa and Umrah Services Policy:
Al-Maqam Company provides visa and Umrah services according to the information and documents submitted by the client, and in accordance with the conditions of the relevant official authorities inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The client acknowledges that the approval or rejection of the visa is subject to the discretion of the official authorities, and Al-Maqam Company does not guarantee the issuance of the visa in case of any deficiency or error in the information or any reason beyond its control.
The client must ensure the accuracy of all information and documents before submission, including passport, personal photos, ID, and contact details. They must also comply with the official instructions regarding Umrah and visit permits, timings, and the allowed duration.
Umrah Visa
The Umrah visa is granted according to the regulations, rules, and instructions issued by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and the relevant authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The pilgrim acknowledges and commits to using the visa solely for its intended purpose, fully adhering to the specified duration of stay and the entry and exit dates stated on the visa, and is prohibited from using it for any other purpose or violating the conditions governing it under any circumstances.
The pilgrim is fully and unconditionally obligated to adhere to the approved program from the company and all applicable regulations, instructions, and orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to maintain their official documents and not allow others to use or act upon them, and not to commit any act or omission that would violate the conditions of the visa or residency regulations or remain in the Kingdom after the authorized duration has expired.
If the pilgrim fails to join the group, violates the approved program, refuses to depart at the scheduled time, or commits any violation of the Hajj or Umrah regulations or residency or any other related regulations, the company has the full right to take all necessary legal actions, including immediately notifying the relevant Saudi authorities through the approved official channels, documenting the incident, and fully absolving itself of any legal, regulatory, civil, or financial liability regarding any consequences arising from that violation.
The pilgrim explicitly acknowledges and agrees that all violations related to the visa, residency, or the regulations governing Umrah expose them to the penalties stipulated under the applicable Saudi regulations, which may include financial fines, imprisonment as determined by the regulations, deportation, and prohibition from entering the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the future for periods specified by the relevant authorities, in addition to any other penalties or legal actions deemed appropriate by the competent authorities according to the nature and severity of the violation.
The company affirms and reserves all its legal rights and responsibilities, and fully and finally disclaims any liability for any violations committed by the pilgrim. The pilgrim alone bears all legal, administrative, financial, and penal consequences arising from their actions or violations, and commits to compensating the company for any damages, claims, fines, or obligations that may arise due to their breach of regulations, instructions, or visa conditions, in accordance with the applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Online Store Policy:
Al-Maqam Company's online store offers products and supplies related to Umrah and travel. Products and prices are displayed based on availability, and prices or offers may vary from time to time.
The client is responsible for verifying product details, size, quantity, and order price before completing the purchase. In case of a defect in the product or an error in the order, the client has the right to request an exchange or return according to the return policy published on the website and the regulations in force in the State of Kuwait.
eSIM Internet Cards Policy:
The eSIM internet card service is subject to the terms of the service provider, type of package, covered country, validity period, and data size. The client must ensure that their device supports eSIM service before purchase.
Al-Maqam Company is not responsible for the failure to activate the card due to device incompatibility, incorrect data entry, deletion of the card after activation, expiration of the validity period, or poor coverage resulting from the network operator in the country of use.
Once the activation data or QR code for the card is sent, the service becomes non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability Policy:
Al-Maqam Company makes every effort to provide accurate and organized services; however, it is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes resulting from causes beyond its control, including decisions by official authorities, delays in visa issuance, airline changes, hotel conditions, weather conditions, congestion, technical malfunctions, or force majeure.
The client is responsible for the accuracy of their data and documents and for complying with travel instructions and official authorities in the departure and arrival countries.
Communication and Customer Service Policy:
Al-Maqam Company provides official channels for communication and customer service to assist clients with inquiries, bookings, order tracking, complaints, and technical support. All requests are handled according to priority and the nature of the service.
