   Arrival Day

   Arrival at Jeddah International Airport. Transfer to Makkah hotel. Rest and prepare for Umrah. Evening: Perform Umrah rituals (Tawaf, Sa'i). Return to hotel.

2. 2

   Cultural Tour

   Morning prayers at Masjid Al-Haram. Guided tour of historical sites in Makkah including Jabal Al-Noor (Cave of Hira), Jabal Thawr. Visit Makkah Museum. Free time for shopping at local souks.

3. 3

   Departure Day

   Final prayers at Masjid An-Nabawi. Check out from hotel. Transfer to Medina or Jeddah Airport. Departure with blessed memories and spiritual renewal.

Important Guidelines Before Departure and Regulations: 1- All incoming pilgrims are required to obtain a valid Umrah visa before the start of the journey. 2- Pilgrims are kindly requested to ensure the issuance of the (exit permit/travel authorization) from the sponsoring companies before the travel date, to ensure smooth departure procedures through the Kuwaiti borders. 3- Each pilgrim must check with the relevant authorities to ensure there are no violations or legal restrictions preventing their departure, and the company disclaims responsibility for canceling the trip in case of a travel ban. Validity of Travel Documents: 1- The passport must be valid for no less than 6 months from the date of travel. 2- The original civil ID must be valid for no less than 3 months. Umrah Visa The Umrah visa is granted in accordance with the regulations, rules, and instructions issued by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and the relevant authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The pilgrim acknowledges and commits to using the visa exclusively for its intended purpose, fully adhering to the specified duration of stay and the entry and exit dates stated on the visa. It is prohibited to use it for any other purpose or to violate the conditions governing it under any circumstances. The pilgrim is fully and unconditionally committed to adhering to the program approved by the company and to all regulations, instructions, and orders in force within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, safeguarding their official documents and not allowing others to use or dispose of them, and refraining from any act or omission that would violate the visa conditions or residence regulations or remaining in the Kingdom after the authorized duration has expired. In the event that the pilgrim deviates from the group, violates the approved program, refuses to depart at the scheduled time, or commits any violation of the regulations of Hajj or Umrah or residence or any other related regulations, the company has the full right to take all necessary legal actions, including immediately notifying the relevant Saudi authorities through the approved official channels, documenting the incident, and fully disclaiming any legal, regulatory, civil, or financial responsibility for any consequences arising from that violation. The pilgrim explicitly acknowledges and agrees that all violations related to the visa, residence, or regulations governing Umrah expose them to the penalties prescribed under the applicable Saudi regulations, which may include financial fines, imprisonment as determined by the regulations, deportation, and a ban on entering the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the future for periods specified by the relevant authorities, in addition to any other penalties or legal actions deemed appropriate by the competent authorities according to the nature and severity of the violation. The company affirms and retains all its legal rights and disclaims any responsibility for any violation committed by the pilgrim. The pilgrim alone bears full responsibility towards the company for all legal, administrative, financial, and penal consequences arising from their actions or violations, and agrees to compensate the company for any damages, claims, fines, or obligations that may arise due to their breach of the regulations or instructions or visa conditions, in accordance with the applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
