The multi-entry Umrah visa has been launched, allowing beneficiaries to enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia multiple times during its validity period of 365 days from the date of issuance.
With a total stay of up to 90 days during the visa's validity period.
This step aims to facilitate the pilgrim's journey and provide more flexible options for planning visits and performing Umrah.
The launch of the visa is an extension of the support provided to the Guest of Allah service system.
In the context of developing the services offered to pilgrims and the Guest of Allah service program to ease arrivals, enrich the experience, and enhance service efficiency.
It was clarified that the available stay is calculated cumulatively from the total of 90 days, according to the number of days the pilgrim stays in the Kingdom during each visit.
This allows them to benefit from the visa for multiple visits throughout its validity according to the approved regulatory controls.
Benefiting from the visa requires purchasing a service package from one of the accredited service providers in the "Nusuk" system for each visit, provided that the duration of the package does not exceed the remaining and available days on the visa.
Compliance with the regulations governing the durations of programs and services provided to pilgrims is required, and entering the Kingdom under the visa is linked to issuing an Umrah permit via the "Nusuk" app before arrival.
This includes aligning the permit date with the dates of the approved package, along with meeting the travel and entry eligibility requirements.
The first visit path begins with purchasing a service package through one of the available package providers in the "Nusuk" system, then submitting a visa issuance request and completing its processing with the relevant authorities.
Verification of travel eligibility follows, leading to the registration of entry data upon arrival and updating it upon departure, including calculating the remaining stay duration.
For subsequent visits, the visa holder purchases a new package from one of the accredited service providers and issues an Umrah permit via the "Nusuk" app.
Then, the procedures for verifying the fulfillment of entry requirements and travel eligibility are completed before registering entry and exit data and updating the remaining balance of the stay duration.
The activation status of the visa is halted after each departure from the Kingdom, and it will be reactivated for the next visit after fulfilling the regulatory requirements.
It is also not activated for entry during the Hajj season, starting from the first of Dhul-Qi'dah until the thirteenth of Dhul-Hijjah.
The multi-entry Umrah visa enhances the flexibility of visit planning and supports the integration of digital and operational services related to the pilgrim's journey.
To provide a smoother and higher quality experience from planning the arrival to departing the Kingdom.
We are always happy to serve the Guests of Allah.
